Terms of Service

The deal, plain English.

These Terms govern your use of the SIMply Golf 365 website (simplygolf365.ie) and any event, private booking or coaching session you book with us. By using the site or making a booking, you agree to these Terms.

1. What we provide

We bring a 23-foot inflatable dome with a Foresight golf simulator inside to your venue — for corporate events, private gatherings and workplace days — and offer 1-to-1 coaching with a PGA Professional. Prices include VAT where applicable.

Bespoke and private bookings are quoted on enquiry so the setup time and travel are priced properly. Travel within Cork and surrounds carries no fee; a small supplement may apply elsewhere in Munster, and bookings further afield are quoted on enquiry. The price you're quoted at the time of booking is the price that applies to that booking.

2. Booking and deposits

A booking is confirmed once we've agreed the date, service and price and you've completed checkout or paid any deposit we ask for. For corporate and private events we may take a deposit to hold the date, with the balance due on or before the day of the event. Until a deposit or payment is received, a date is not held.

3. Payment

Bookings are taken through the OpenBook platform. Card payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd at checkout — by paying, you agree to Stripe's Consumer Terms in addition to ours. We never see or store your full card number. Invoiced corporate bookings are payable by the date stated on the invoice.

4. Venue, space and power

You're responsible for providing a suitable venue and safe access for setup and takedown. The dome needs:

• Outdoor (standard dome): a 5m × 5m footprint, 6m × 6m recommended; large dome: 7m × 7m footprint, 8m × 8m recommended.
• Indoor venues: at least 10m × 5m of floor space and a minimum 3m ceiling height.
• A standard 13A power supply within reach of the setup area.
• Reasonable vehicle access for loading in and out, and a flat, stable surface.

If you're not sure a venue works, send us a photo before you book and we'll confirm the fit. If the venue on the day doesn't meet these requirements and we can't safely set up, the booking is treated as a customer cancellation under Section 5.

5. Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds

By you

• Cancel 14 days or more before the event and any deposit is fully refundable, or can be moved to a new date.
• Cancel between 14 and 3 days before, and the deposit is retained but may be applied to a rescheduled date within 6 months, subject to availability.
• Cancel within 3 days of the event, and the deposit is non-refundable, as the date and setup time have been reserved for you.
• Coaching sessions can be rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice; sessions cancelled with less notice, or missed, may be charged in full.

By us, weather and events outside our control

For outdoor bookings, the dome is built to handle Irish weather, but if conditions become genuinely unsafe (for example, high winds) we may need to reschedule for safety. If we have to cancel or can't perform the booking due to circumstances within our control, you'll get a full refund or a rescheduled date, whichever you prefer. Neither side is liable for failure to perform caused by events outside reasonable control (severe weather, emergencies, venue closure).

Distance-selling cooling-off period

Bookings made online are distance contracts. Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (as transposed by the Consumer Rights Act 2022, Ireland) you normally have 14 days to withdraw. Where you ask us to schedule an event or session within that 14-day window, you expressly request the service to begin during the cooling-off period and acknowledge that once the service has been fully performed you lose the right to withdraw. If the event has not taken place and you have not requested an earlier date, email us within 14 days for a full refund.

6. On the day — conduct and safety

Our team will set up, run and take down the simulator. To keep everyone safe:

• Follow our team's instructions and any safety briefing — golf clubs are swung in a shared space.
• Make sure guests keep a safe distance from anyone taking a shot.
• Supervise children at all times; they may take part only under adult supervision and with our team's go-ahead.
• Don't use the equipment under the influence of alcohol or drugs to the point it's unsafe.

We may pause or end a session without refund if behaviour puts people or the equipment at risk.

7. Coaching

1-to-1 coaching with our PGA Professional is guidance to improve your game, not medical advice. If you have a health condition or any doubt about a movement, speak with a qualified medical professional first. You take part at your own risk, subject to Section 8.

8. Liability

You take part in golf activities at your own risk. To the extent permitted by Irish law, SIMply Golf 365 is not liable for personal injury, loss or damage arising from your or your guests' use of the simulator or participation in an event, except where caused by our negligence, wilful misconduct, or breach of statutory duty. You're responsible for any damage your guests cause to the dome or equipment beyond fair wear and tear. Where liability can't be excluded by law, our liability for any claim is capped at the total amount you paid us for the booking the claim relates to. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or anything else that can't be excluded under Irish law.

9. Photography and media

We sometimes take photos or short videos at events for our portfolio and social media. We'll only publish images in which you or your guests are identifiable with consent — let us know on the day or by email if you'd prefer we didn't, and we'll respect that. 10. Website use

You may use this site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You can't copy, mirror, or resell our content without permission. We'll do our best to keep the site available but don't guarantee uninterrupted access.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date above is authoritative. The Terms that applied when you made your booking are the ones that govern that booking.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Irish law. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
